It has changed the way consumers and businesses do business as well as has become an increasingly important part of the global economy. 

E-commerce refers to the buying and selling of products over the Internet through a combination of digital and offline channels. And it includes online retailers such as Amazon and eBay as well as electronic marketplaces such as those operated by companies such as Amazon, eBay, OverclockersClub, Newegg, and TigerDirect.

Black Friday or Cyber Monday

Cyber Monday refers to the Monday after Thanksgiving Day, often called the “biggest shopping day of the year”. Stores everywhere offer Black Friday sales, which happen around the same time as Thanksgiving Day each year. To the customers who visit their stores and spend more during the holiday season. A lot of people use the name Black Friday to refer to the day after Thanksgiving. Regardless of what day exactly it actually falls on.

It is when online shoppers flock to stores in search of special deals and discounts. Black Friday, is known in some places as the “Day of Reckoning”. It is a day of great deals on items such as electronics, housewares, clothing and footwear. It can refer to the day or the time of year when retailers hold their yearly “doorbuster” sales. Usually, it refers to the day after Thanksgiving, but in some locations, it may refer to the day after the holiday, sometimes referred to as “Black Friday”.

Analytics in E-commerce is the practice of collecting, analyzing, and reporting information about the behaviour of customers. In the context of e-commerce, analytics refers to the use of advanced software to collect data from websites and online marketing campaigns. Data in various ways, present the results to managers so that they can make decisions about how to improve their business in the future. Analytics can be used to collect data about the actions of visitors to websites and identify the content that is most interesting to the visitors. Also determine which marketing campaigns are the most effective at bringing those visitors back.

Analytics can also be used to collect data about the behaviour of customers who have made purchases online and analyze that data to determine what product and service offers are the most appealing to those customers. Analytics has become an increasingly important part of the e-commerce industry. As it has allowed us to collect and store data about the behaviour of consumers, and to use that data to improve the products and services offered by businesses.

As a social media marketer, and manager. I got used to the term social media and its use to upgrade and spread any product or service rapidly. Let us take an example of the popular online game Fortnite. Fortnite is the No.1 most popular game in the world with over 100 million monthly players.  It has turned out to be the best platform to foster community and connect with players from all around the world.  Each time a new player logs into Fortnite, chances are he or she will become hooked and spend hours a day playing.  In short, Fortnite is an example of a marketing platform that has gained millions of fans around the world. The way it approaches celebrities and advertising is the best way to market any product.
